Coaches Comments:

An excellent training session followed by a great game against the Leopards. We really worked on our marking and making sure when a team mate handballed or kicked we were able to take the ball on our chest or in our hands. We pushed ourselves to see how many we could mark in a minute and there were some impressive results. The game saw plenty of goals and some super play. Well done to Alex Plichta and Ryder von Bergheim who filled in for the Leopards for a half each and enjoyed the challenge of playing against their Cheetah team mates.

Best Players:

BEST PLAYER Ben Newstead ran hard and got plenty of the footy. Great to see Ben take the time to concentrate on his kicking and look to make sure his kicks went to the advantage of his team mates. OTHER AWARDS Lucas Sizer is really working hard at his skills which really showed during our game, with his kicking and handballing helping the Cheetahs to set up some solid team play. Xanthe Taylor continued on her great form with some hard running and plenty of the footy after a super training session.
