PP Cheetahs vs Pumas
Coach: Brett von Bergheim Manager:

Coaches Comments:

It was windy, cold and wet but once again the Cheetahs had a great morning of Auskick. This week in the first half of training we worked on getting as many touches of the footy as we could. We had a competition to see which pair could get the most handballs in one minute. Our skills were fantastic and we had some very high numbers. A few pairs even said they managed 300 handballs in one minute, which is amazing to say the least. The game against the Pumas was an excellent standard considering the wind was making it tough. As usual everyone worked extremely well as a team at sharing the footy both by hand and foot.

Best Players:

BEST PLAYER Wil Campbell-Foulkes took his excellent training form in to the game. Wil worked hard at making sure his kicking was effective and after struggling with his first couple, his kicking was superb and helped us kick plenty of goals for the day. OTHER AWARDS Kieran Darling as usual ran hard for the footy and capped off his first half with a couple of nice goals. In the second half he did some great work in defence to hold up the Pumas. Sam O'Donnell used his skills in the training session and set himself up for a good game. In the second half he then dominated parts of the game and his goal saving mark on the goal line was a highlight of today's game.
