Coaches Comments:

The first game of the season and all the boys did extremely well. After a warm up we got straight into some ball handling and handpassing drills which after some great organising and help from the parents, the boys ran through well. With a couple of recruits from the Jaguars, the teams played well sharing the ball around and staying on their feet. It was a tough arm wrestle with the defence of both teams seeming impenetrable, until a breakout run from the Jaguars scored the first goal of the game early in the second half. Not to be outdone, the Pumas fought back well and brought the scores level late in the second half with another goal on the run.
