Coaches Comments:

After a general bye and then a round bye for the Pumas, we got back into our games with a glorious morning for footy. Unfortunately, illness kept a few players away so we hit the track down on numbers but still brimming with enthusiasm, with everyone wearing their odd socks for "Sock it to Sarcoma". We hit it out with some ball handling and handpassing drills and it was great to see that during the break the skills and fundamentals had not diminished. Some kicking accuracy drills followed with some friendly competition playing Force them Back before we donned our jerseys with a couple of recruits from the Jaguars and hit the field. It was an evenly matched game with the skills of all players from both sides clearly much improved from our first encounter. It was pleasing to see a much improved understanding of staying within our zones and even better was the eagerness of all players to share the ball with their teammates. Well done everyone, its great to see the skills improve each week.
