Coaches Comments:

This week’s game was a very good contest considering the 2 week break for school holidays and the wet and windy conditions. It was a hard fought battle all day and we managed to play out a strong 4 quarter game. Max Fricke showed he had been practising a lot over the school holidays and was dominant from the first bounce attacking the ball hard all day. Max Stirling and Levi we’re awesome with their strong defence tactics sharing the ball between each other when we we’re under fire in the 3rd quarter. Levi ran hard and attacked the ball all day and played his best game of the year. Sophie showed good team discipline making sure the goal square was guarded in defence and providing a good option for us up forward. Troy contested the ruck when it was his turn like Damian Monkhurst and provided us with some run through the middle.
