Coaches Comments:

A chilly Saturday morning with a bit of rain but it didn't take the boys long to hit their strides. The most pleasing thing about this year is that every week sees an element of improvement with either an individual or within the whole team. The boys are starting to make their own decisions with ball in hand, rather than wait for the coach to yell at them which is fantastic. To add to this, their decisions are generally the right ones - handballing to move the ball down the field or looking to kick to a team mate. It's great to watch. A really great team effort today. Hendo had his break out game with some great marks, pick ups and goals. When I asked the team at the end of the game who was the best player today, Hendo shot his hand up immediately! Great to see the confidence isn't lacking either!
