Its great to be back, and what a great start to the season, beautiful sunny day and some fantastic plays. It is great to see that the boys have been practicing over the warmer months as the skills have already improved on last year. Today we worked on hand balling, kicking, picking the ball up from the ground while staying on our feet. The skills we practiced were shown off very well in the game, our hand balling and kicking are fantastic and while there were a few times where the boys jumped on the ball, most of the time, they stayed on their feet. Next week we will work on staying on our feet again, making sure that we have 3 hand balls or kicks in each third before we move the ball along. Well done boys on a terrific first game back, keep up the good work, looking forward to next week.
