President’s Address

Welcome to our returning players and their families to Whitford Junior Football Club for Season 2025. We hope that you all enjoyed your time off over Summer down at the beach or watching/playing Cricket but now it’s time to get serious. The cold and wet weather is just around the corner and that means it’s time for Footy to return.

Season 2024 was a massive year for the WJFC Wildcats, one in which we celebrated our 50th Anniversary and we don’t intent to let the party stop in 2025. The WJFC committee has plenty of activities planned for this year as well as the return of some club favourites and the release of new Wildcats merchandise.

For those of you who are joining our club for the first time, either as a Pre-Primary Auskicker, a transferring player or a player new to the sport, we extend to you a special welcome. You are now part of one of the most passionate junior clubs in Australia, one with a rich history of sportsmanship, resilience, and community involvement. Wear the Blue and White with pride and embrace the journey ahead, we’re sure you’ll love being part of the WJFC family.

To all the players families, sponsors and our wider Whitford community who provide us unwavering support, a heartfelt thank you. Your role in our football family is invaluable, and we're grateful for your continued commitment and support. If you would like to make a greater impact to the experience of our kids at WJFC please consider joining us on the committee.
